Refunds and Returns Procedures
It is our goal to become the world's most consumer-friendly audio publisher. So here are our products policies:

We unconditionally guarantee each and every recording. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product for a full refund of your money—including postage both ways!

Tapes and CDs are guaranteed free of defect for one year from the time of purchase.
|
|
3.
|
We will always carry a full stock of replacement cassettes and CDs. (alas, to be honest, cassettes will probably disappear in time. Sic transit gloria!) We can also provide new packaging material to keep well-circulated copies looking fresh and appealing.

Replacement prices (S&H included:)
- Cassettes $4.95 each
- CDs $6.95 each
- CD Economy Cases $4.00 each (includes cover insert)
- CD Binders $7.00 each (includes cover insert)
- Cover Inserts $2.00 each
- CD Binder pages $0.50 for one, $0.30 for all additional
